Cook Street Fernwood
Amazing VISL heritage
Fernwood has a deep history in the VISL more than two decades old, spanning teams like Socialists United, plus Fernwood United, Dragons, Knights, Town and City – even an O40s squad. Today that spirit and identity lives on in the VISL Masters
The premier Masters team
There is a wide variety of ability levels in the VISL, and especially so at Masters level. With two teams at the O35 level, Cook Street offers a high level experience with Fernwood, operating in the top division of island soccer
Community spiriit
With BBQs, parenting tips, pub crawls and countless other social events, Fernwood is a close group of genuinely lovely lads. It’s about playing football and winning of course, but the team has built a strong reputation for integrity and fun too
